 포스코건설 에너지 절감 환기시스템 개발
 올해 분양하는 더샵 아파트부터 적용

포스코건설이 연간 에너지 소비량을 최고 13.5%까지 줄일 수 있는 실별 환기시스템을 개발해 올해 분양하는 더샵 아파트부터 적용키로 했다. 


포스코건설(사장 정동화)은 최근 공동주택 에너지 소비량 절감을 위해 실별 제어 환기시스템을 개발했다고 밝혔다.

  
이번에 개발된 실별 제어 환기시스템은 환기가 필요한 공간만 환기를 할 수 있도록 설계된 것으로 기존의 세대 전체를 환기시키는 시스템에 비해 불필요한 에너지를 줄일 수 있다.

  
포스코건설 R&D센터가 해당 시스템 적용 전후 연간 에너지 소비량을 비교한 결과, 실별 제어 환기시스템을 적용한 판상형 아파트는 전기에너지 11.3%, 난방에너지 3.6%가 감소됐다. 타워형 아파트의 경우는 전기에너지 13.5%, 난방에너지 9.6%를 절감할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  
아울러 환기시스템 개발뿐만 아니라 세대내 각 실 온도조절기에 환기시스템 제어 기능을 부여한 통합 난방·환기 제어 컨트롤러도 개발해 냉난방 에너지 절감과 쾌적한 실내 환경 제어가 동시에 가능해졌다.

  
포스코건설 김현배 R&D센터장은 “앞으로 모든 건축물에서 제로 에너지를 구현하도록 에너지 절감 및 실내 환경 개선을 위해 지속적으로 노력할 것”이라고 밝혔다. 포스코건설은 우선 올해 분양하는 더샵 아파트부터 실별 제어 환기시스템을 적용할 계획이다.
