 건설투자 성장률 67… 국내총소득도 하락

건설경기 부진과 유가상승 등으로 인해 올해 1/4분기 국내총소득이 하락세를 보였다.

  
한국은행이 27일 발표한 1분기 실질 국내총생산 통계 발표에 따르면 국내총생산(GDP)은 전분기 대비 1.4% 상승했지만 실질적인 국민소득 측정을 위해 교역조건의 변화까지 반영한 수치인 실질 국내총소득(GDI)은 0.6% 하락했다. 

  
한국은행은 유가상승 등으로 교역조건이 악화됨에 따라 GDI가 0.6%의 하락세를 보였다고 설명했다. 이는 국민들의 실질 소득이 줄었다는 의미로 풀이된다.

  
GDP는 설비 및 건설투자의 감소에도 불구하고 수출 호조 지속과 민간소비의 꾸준한 증가로 전기대비 1.4%, 전년동기대비 4.2% 성장했다.

  
국내총생산 가운데 건설투자는 건물 및 토목건설이 모두 6.7%나 감소했다. 이는 전년동기대비 11.9%나 하락한 수치이며 최근 부진한 건설경기를 반영하고 있다.

  
설비투자는 전년동기 대비 12% 늘었지만 전분기 대비해 반도체 제조용 기계투자를 중심으로 0.8% 감소했다.

  
민간소비는 음식료품 등 비내구재에 대한 지출이 부진했으나 승용차, 영상음향기기 등 내구재가 늘어나 전분기보다 0.5% 증가했다.

  
수출은 반도체 및 전자부품, 자동차 등 재화수출이 늘어나 3.3% 증가, 전년 동기 대비 16.8% 늘었다.

  
경제활동별로 국내총생산을 살펴보면 농림어업 및 건설업이 감소했으나 제조업이 큰 폭으로 늘어나고 서비스업 증가가 지속되고 있는 상황이다.

  
농림어업은 구제역 발생에 따른 축산업 부진으로 5.1% 감소했고, 제조업은 전기전자기기, 철강 및 자동차를 중심으로 3.2% 증가했다.

  
서비스업은 한파로 인한 여가활동 위축으로 문화와 오락이 줄었으나 도소매업, 금융보험 등이 늘어나 1.3% 증가세를 보였다.
