 코리아나호텔 난동 40대 잡혀
 

[조선닷컴]지난 26일 서울 태평로 코리아나 호텔 앞에서 난동을 부리며 호텔 기물을 파손한 용의자가 경찰에 붙잡혔다. 용의자 김모(48)씨는 지난 27일 새벽 서울시청 앞 서울광장에서 남대문경찰서 오모 경위가 호텔 재물손괴 현행범으로 체포하는 과정에서 도주한 인물로, 경찰 조사 결과 '노사모' 회원으로 활동한 전력이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 

오 경위는 김씨를 체포하는 과정에서 시위대에 포위돼 1시간 10분 동안 억류돼 '인민재판'식으로 취조를 당하고 풀려났다.

서울 남대문경찰서는 "지난 26일 밤 코리아나호텔 현관 앞에서 대형 화분을 뒤엎은 후 흙더미를 건물 안으로 던지고 쓰레기를 투척하는 등 난동을 피운 김씨를 28일 오후 검거했다"고 29일 밝혔다. 

경찰에 따르면 김씨는 동아일보 사옥에도 쓰레기를 투척하는 등 수차례에 걸쳐 언론사 기물을 파손했다고 밝혔다. 급송업체 배달원으로 일하는 김씨는 조사 과정에서 "벌을 받고 나와도 다시 이번과 같은 일을 할 것"이라고 말했다고 경찰은 전했다. 

경찰은 김씨가 "노사모 회원으로 활동을 하다 3년 전 탈퇴했다"고 진술했다고 밝혔다.
