일본 방사능 피해 확산

일본 후쿠시마 원전에서 누출된 방사능이 물과 동식물은 물론, 시신에서도 검출되는 등 급격히 확산되고 있다고 미국소리 방송이 1일 보도했다.
후쿠시마 원전 운영사인 도쿄 전력 측은 원자로 바닥에 고여 있는 물의 방사성 요오드 농도가 정상치의 1만배 수준으로 나타났다고 밝혔다.
일본 보건 당국은 후쿠시마에서 생산된 쇠고기에서도 처음으로 소량의 방사능이 검출됐다고 밝혔습니다. 이곳에서 생산된 채소와 우유는 이미 방사능에 오염돼 유통이 금지된 상탭니다.
이밖에 일본 동북부 해안가에서 시신 발굴 작업을 벌이고 있는 구조요원들은 최근 약 1천여구의 시신을 발견하고도 수습을 하지 못하고 있습니다.이는 이들 시신에서 다량의 방사선이 측정됐기 때문이다.
한편 이번 지진과 쓰나미 등으로 인한 피해는 현재까지 사망자가 1만1400여명, 실종자가 1만 6천 500여명으로 집계되고 있다.
