1. 리비아 신문 퀴리나는 벵가지 남서쪽에 있는 油田을 폭격하라는 명령을 받은 전투기 조종사 두 명이 이를 거부하고 낙하산으로 탈출, 비행기는 추락했다고 보도하였다.
2. 카다피의 강경진압에 항의 사임한 압델 잘릴 前 법무장관은, 1988년 팬암기 폭파(270명 사망)는 카다피가 직접 지령하였다는 증거를 갖고 있다고 스웨덴 言論과 한 인터뷰에서 폭로하였다.
3. 潘基文 유엔사무총장은 "민간인에 대한 공격은 국제 인권법 위반으로서 이를 강력하게 규탄한다"면서 "책임자는 법정에 서게 될 것이다"고 경고하였다. 그는 유엔안보리와 아랍연맹이 리비아 정부를 강력 비판한 것을 지적하면서 "세계는 한 목소리를 내고 있다. 리비아 정부는 국민들을 보호하라"고 강조하였다. 潘 총장은 그의 보좌관을 현지로 보냈다고 했다.
4. 오바마 미국 대통령도 카다피와 부하들이 이번 사태에 대하여 책임을 져야 할 것이라고 경고하였다.
