 北 대화 결렬시 무인도 포격 도발

납북자가족모임 최성용 대표, 북한 군 고위 정보제공자 전언 인용 '北 추가도발' 가능

  남북대화가 이뤄지지 않을 경우에, 연평도 포격과 같은 북한의 도발이 추가적으로 이뤄질 것이라고 북한 소식에 정통한 최성용(납북자가족모임) 대표가 말했다.

 22일 오전 평화방송 라디오 프로그램인 ‘열린세상, 오늘!’에서, 최성용 대표는 정보를 제공해주고 있는 북한 군 고위 관계자로부터 “전 세계에다가 우리 서울이나 이런 데에다가 쏘는 것은 그렇겠지만 무인도, 사람이 있는 연평도에다가 쏜 것이 지탄 받으니까, 무인도에다가 아마 포를 많이 쏘지 않겠는가, 국지 도발로, 이렇게 한다는 얘기는 들었다”고 밝혔다.

 특히, 최 대표는 “우선 정상회담이나 남북대화가 안 될 때에는 4군단장 김격식을 최전방으로 김정일이 내려보냈고 그만한 권한을 주었다”며 북의 도발이 가능하다는 것에 무게를 뒀다.

 다만, 납북자와 국군포로 운동을 전문으로 활동한 최성용 대표는 “북한에서 너무 만행을 저지르니까 사과를 받고 대통령이 (대화)하자는 취지는 참 옳으신 취지”라면서도 “지금 이산가족 이 분들 다 아시다시피 거의 다 돌아가셨어요. 이 문제 해결하는 것은 이번 기회뿐”이라고 남북대화에 대한 소견을 밝혔다.

 또, 최 대표는 “북한과 계속적으로 대화가 안 되고 자기네들 의견이 안 받아지면 계속 만행을 저지른다는 데에 대해서 우리 정부가 대화를 않기 때문에 우리 문제도 자꾸 멀어진다고 생각한다”고 덧붙였다.(konas)
