 자유북한방송 北에 해킹당했다
 “탈북자들이 중심이 되어 운영하는 자유북한방송은 김정일 정권에 눈엣가시”

대북 단파라디오인 자유북한방송의 홈페이지가 북한 소행으로 추정되는 디도스(DDoSㆍ분산서비스거부) 공격을 받아 한동안 폐쇄됐던 것으로 18일 알려졌다. 


자유북한방송 김성민 대표는 과의 전화 통화에서 “17일 오후 3시부터 4시간 동안 디도스 공격으로 홈페이지가 열리지 않았다”며 “18일 오전 9시30분께는 홈페이지에 북한 내 서버를 이용한 접속자가 처음으로 등장 약 30분간 머물렀다”고 말했다.


김 대표는 “홈페이지에 로그인을 하면 IP별 국가 정보를 알려주는 공간에 처음으로 북한 인공기가 표시됐는데 평양의 정보기관이 접속한 것 같다”며 “일부 탈북자 단체들도 우리 서버를 공동으로 이용하고 있어 북측의 해킹이 반복되면 피해가 커질 수 있다”고 말했다.


김 대표는 또 “홈페이지 해킹과는 별도로 북한의 이메일 해킹 시도가 여러 차례 있었다”며 “최근에는 제보자를 사칭한 해킹으로 사용하는 컴퓨터가 마비되는 일이 빈번히 일어나 업무에 큰 차질을 주고 있다”고 말했다.


이와 관련 한 대북 전문가는 “최근 북한 사람들도 정보에 눈을 뜨고 있으며 일부가 자유북한방송을 듣고 탈북을 결심하기도 한다. 탈북자들이 중심이 되어 운영하는 자유북한방송은 김정일 정권에는 눈엣가시다”며 “대북심리전 강화라는 점에서 볼 때 정부는 자유북한방송과 같은 사이트를 적극적으로 활용해야 한다”고 말했다.
