 李대통령 “정동기 사퇴 안타깝다”
 靑, “후임자 물색 중”

이명박 대통령이 12일 정동기 감사원장 후보자의 자진사퇴에 안타까움을 표시한 것으로 알려졌다. 

  
홍상표 청와대 홍보수석은 이날 오후 브리핑에서 “이 대통령이 오늘 참모들과 같이 있는 자리에서 정 후보자가 발표한 사퇴서 기자회견문을 쭉 읽고 안타까움을 표시했다”고 전했다.
  
홍 수석은 “이 대통령이 정 후보자 사퇴와 관련해 다른 특별한 말씀이 없었다”면서 “후보자가 사퇴했으니 후임을 물색하는 작업을 할 것이라고 생각한다”고 덧붙였다.
  
이 대통령은 이날 외부 공개일정 없이 주로 청와대 본관 집무실에 머물며 국정 관련 현안에 대한 참모들의 보고를 받은 것으로 알려졌다.
