 PD수첩에 또 무죄 선고
 “미국서 위험부위 수입되는 것 맞다”?

2일 진행된 PD수첩의 광우병 왜곡보도에 대한 항소심 선고공판에서, 1심과 마찬가지로 PD수첩 제작진에게 무죄가 선고돼 논란을 예고하고 있다.
 

재판부(이상훈 부장판사)는 “방영된 내용 가운데 일부 허위 사실이 포함된 것으로 판단되지만 진실이라고 믿을만한 상당한 이유가 있었고, 보도의 공익성이 인정돼 명예훼손은 아니다”라며, 특히 “‘미국에서 위험부위가 수입된다’는 보도도 허위가 아니다”라고 밝힌 것으로 전해졌다.
