 ‘反국가·친북좌파 사이트’ 공개
 “北의 선전선동 차단 위해 반드시 필요”

시민단체들이 ‘反국가&#8228;친북좌파 사이트’를 공개할 방침이다.

 
와 는 15일(金) 오후 3시 서울 프레스센터 프레스클럽홀(20층)에서 ‘反국가 친북좌파 사이트 1차 공개’ 기자회견을 갖는다.

 
이들은 “▲반국가행위(北대남전략 동조 등) ▲반민족행위(北세습·선군정치 옹호 및 선전 등) ▲국익훼손행위(G20 정상회의 반대 등) ▲반헌법행위(6.15, 10.4 선언 이행 주장 등) ▲이적행위(천안함 北폭침 부정 등)에 해당하는 활동이나 성명을 낸 단체의 웹사이트를 ‘반국가 친북좌파 사이트’로 규정했다”고 밝혔다. 

 
이들로부터 ‘반국가 친북좌파 사이트’로 규정된 곳은 현재 37개로 정당, 노조, 교육단체, 환경단체, 종교단체, 인터넷카페 등 다양하다.

 
이들은 “최근 북한은 사이버 심리전을 강화하고, 인터넷을 통해 북한 세습독재와 주체사상, 선군정치를 학습, 선전하고 있다”며 “(반국가 친북좌파) 사이트에 경계심 없이 접속해 북한을 미화, 찬양하는 글을 자주 접하다 보면 무의식 중에 선전, 선동에 현혹되기 쉽다”고 강조했다.

 
특히 “네티즌들의 의식이 성숙되었기 때문에 북한의 체제 선전을 방치해도 무방하다는 주장은 적 앞에 빗장을 열어 주어도 아무 위험이 없다는 안이한 이적적(利敵的) 사고”라고 일침했다.

 
이들은 계속해서 “국민의 안보의식을 강화하고 사이버 상에서의 북한의 선전선동을 차단하기 위해서 친북사이트의 규정은 반드시 필요하다”며 “오는 11월 19일 친북좌파사이트 2차 공개를 할 방침”이라고 덧붙였다.
