西獨은 東獨에 비자금을 바친 적이 없다

西獨정부나 기업은 東獨 정부한테 비자금을 갖다 바친 적이 없다. 서독 정부나 기업은 동독의 對서독 공작기관 계좌로 돈을 넣은 적이 없다. 서독측은 조건 없는 공돈을 한 푼도 동독으로 보내지 않았다. 서독이 한 일은 김대중 정부가 한 일의 정반대이다. 여기 참고 자료를 제시한다. 월간조선 2000년 3월호에 金玄浩 당시 월간조선 기자가 쓴 '서독의 동방 정책이 한국의 햇볕 정책에 주는 교훈'이란 기사에 나오는 대목이다.
