 열린북한방송 시민참여 대북방송 송출

고교·대학생 등 시민이 직접 참여 제작, 김정일 주역 퍼포먼스도

 시민참여로 만들어지는 민간 대북 라디오 방송인 열린북한방송(대표 하태경)은 오늘(30일)부터 11월까지 지난 6월부터 일반 고등학생과 대학생, 시민 등을 대상으로 공개 선발한 '라디오 남북친구 7기'시민참여로 만들어진 단파 방송을 송출한다고 밝혔다. 

 열린북한방송은 북한 주민들에게 한국과 세계의 다양한 가치와 정보를 전하는 교육문화방송으로, 남북한의 정치·경제·문화의 차이를 극복하고 동질성을 회복하기 위한 민족공동체방송을 지향하고 있다.

 특히 이 방송 프로그램인 '라디오남북친구'는 지난해 3월부터 시작된 본격 시민참여 대북방송으로 고교생, 대학생 및 시민에게 휴대용 방송장비를 무료대여하고 방송과 북한에 대한 교육을 진행해 일반인들이 대북 방송에 쉽게 참여할 수 있도록 돕고 있다. 

 이번 '라디오 남북친구 7기'가 제작한 방송은 24개 편으로 하루 20분씩 아침 6시∼7시에 단파 단파 7480KHz, 밤 11시~12시에 단파 11570KHz로 매일 북한으로 송출될 예정이다.  

 이번에 송출될 프로그램 내용은 ▲온 가족이 함께 들려주는 탈무드 이야기(정세화 / 숙명여대 3학년) ▲김정일 국방위원장이 대북방송에 출연?! 본격 대북 풍자 토크쇼!(김현수 / 서울시립대 2학년) ▲유치원에서 펼쳐지는 가상 통일 이야기(조민주 / 상지영서대 1학년) ▲미국 유학 고등학생이 들려주는 세계의 민주화 이야기(홍정아 / 미국 Seton High School 10학년) ▲과학이 세상을 바꾼다! 동포들에게 전하는 과학기술의 진보 이야기(김준기 / 대진고 2학년) 등으로 돼있다.(konas)
