 ‘네이버 카페’ 원조인 ‘다음’ 제쳐
 UV, PV, 시간점유율 등 3대 지표 앞서

네이버 카페가 서비스 시작 7년여 만에 이른바 ‘인터넷 카페의 원조’인 다음을 눌렀다.
  
11일 코리안클릭 카페 서비스 트래픽 자료에 따르면 8월 첫째 주(2∼8일) 네이버 카페의 총 체류시간 점유율은 47.61%를 기록, 47.38%의 다음 카페를 근소한 차이로 앞질렀다. 후발 주자인 네이버의 시간점유율이 사상 처음으로 다음을 앞선 것이다.
  
또 다른 지표인 페이지뷰(PV)도 지난 7월 둘째 주(12∼18일) 네이버 카페가 12억115만7천건으로 다음 카페(11억8천954만5천건)를 첫 추월했으며, 8월 첫째 주 역시 11억471만건으로 다음(10억4천587만1천건)을 뛰어넘으면서 상승세를 이어가고 있다.
  
순방문자수(UV) 경우에는 네이버가 이미 다음 카페를 압도하고 있다. 지난 2007년 5월 마지막 주에 네이버가 1천526만4천723명으로 다음(1천481만5천769명)을 앞선 이후, 이달 첫째 주에는 네이버(1천516만6천647명)와 다음(1천200만7천244명) 간 격차가 300만 명 이상 벌어졌다.
  
이에 대해 네이버 관계자는 “UV와 PV에 이어 이용자의 충성도를 알 수 있는 시간 점유율까지 네이버 카페가 다음 카페를 앞서게 되면서 1위에 올라서게 됐다”며 “이용자들의 충성도가 높은 커뮤니티 서비스까지 1위를 기록한 것은 의미가 크다”고 자평했다.
  
반면 다음 측은 “1인당 체류시간은 다음 카페가 여전히 네이버 카페에 비해 10분 이상 길다”며 “아울러 코리안클릭의 UV 지표와 관련해 일부 자료가 누락돼 현재 자료를 수정하고 있는데 이에 따라 결과가 달라질 것”이라고 설명했다.
