 黃長燁 김정은 권력계승은 불가능할 것
 “非(비)민주국가들에서의 권력승계는 모략과 거짓으로 일관…후계과정에는 다양한 변수들이 존재”

 황장엽 북한민주화위원회 위원장(前 노동당 비서)은 최근 본 방송과 가진 대담에서 김정은의 권력계승은 불가능할 것이라는 견해를 밝혔다. 
 
 황 위원장은 먼저 과거 중국에서 모택동(毛澤東)이 사망하면서 화국봉(華國鋒)을 후계자로 추천했지만 화국봉이 권력계층 내에 지지기반이 미약했던 탓에 등소평(鄧小平)에게 밀려난 사실을 언급했다.
  
 또 지난 50~60년대 구소련에서 스탈린에게 충실했던 흐루시초프가 정작 권력을 이양받자 스탈린을 배척하는 정책을 실시한 사실도 강조하는 등 공산권 국가들에서의 권력승계 과정에서 벌어졌던 일화들을 열거하면서 비(非)민주국가들에서의 권력승계는 모략과 거짓으로 일관되어 있으며 후계과정에는 다양한 변수들이 존재한다고 지적했다. 
 
 황 위원장은 특히 김정은의 나이가 어리다는 점에 주목하면서 정치경험이 없는 그가 김정일 사후 권력계층들을 틀어쥐기는 어려울 것으로 내다봤다.
