‘간첩은 용서해도…’
‘포섭당한 자는 용서할 수 없다’?

검찰이 전향 의사를 밝힌 간첩에게는 공소보류를, 간첩에게 포섭된 전직 공기업 간부에겐 구속기소(국가보안법 위반) 결정을 내렸다.
검찰은 8일 인터넷화상채팅으로 공기업 관계자 등에게 접근, 기밀을 넘겨 받아 북측에 전한 북한 보위부 소속 여간첩 김미화 씨에 대한 공소를 보류했다.
공소보류 결정 이유는 ▲구속 이후 범행 일체를 자백하고 수사에 적극 협조 ▲전향 의사 ▲간경화 등으로 좋지 않은 건강상태 ▲향후 안보 증진에 기여할 것이란 판단 등인 것으로 알려졌다.
하지만 김 씨에게 포섭당해 지하철 관련 기밀을 넘겨준 전직 서울메트로 간부 오모 씨는 구속기소(국가보안법 위반) 했다.
