친북단체 주관 ‘천안함’ 토론회
실천연대, 24일 국회 의원회관에서

오는 24일(목) 국회 내에서 ‘천안함’을 주제로 한 토론회가 열린다.
문제는 이를 주관하는 단체가 법원으로부터 이적단체로 규정된 대표적 친북단체 남북공동선언실천연대(약칭 실천연대) 산하기관(한국민권연구소)이라는 것.
실천연대는 이날 오전 10시 30분 국회 의원회관 130호에서『천안함 위기, 해법은 무엇인가』란 주제로 토론회를 개최한다고 공지했다.
토론회에서는 ‘천안함 진상규명을 위한 진보진영 활동 평가’ ‘진보진영은 무엇을 해야 하는가’ 등이 다뤄질 예정이다.
한편 한국민권연구소장이자 실천연대 상임대표인 김승교 변호사는 21일 실천연대 상임대표직을 그만둔다고 밝혔다.
김 변호사는 “본인은 2010년 민주노동당 4기 최고위원 선거에 후보로 출마하게 되어 더 이상 남북공동선언실천연대 상임대표직을 수행하는 것이 불가능하다”며 “위와 같은 사정으로 인하여 2010 년 6 월 21 일부로 사직하고자 하오니 선처하여 주시기 바란다”고 말했다.
