軍기밀 北에 넘긴 前안기부 요원
당국, 군 관계자와 접촉여부도 수사

국정원과 검찰이 군사기밀을 북한공작원에게 넘긴 혐의(국가보안법 위반)로 박모 씨 등 2명에 대해 3일 구속영장을 청구했다.
조선일보 등 언론보도에 따르면, 박씨는 지난 2006년 중국 베이징(北京)에서 만난 북한 공작원에게 군사 기밀사항인 한국군 야전교범 등을 넘겨준 혐의를 받고 있다.
국정원은 특히 이같은 군 기밀사항을 북한에 넘기기 위해 군 관계자와 접촉했을 가능성이 높다고 보고 수사 중이다.
‘흑금성’이란 공작명을 가진 안기부의 대북 공작원이었다는 박씨는 지난 1997년 대선 직전 ‘이대성 파일’ 사건 당시 대북사업을 하는 광고기획사에 위장취업한 사실이 드러나자 중국에 체류, 대북사업을 해온 것으로 알려졌다.
