 시민단체 유시민 후보 등 고발
 “무상급식 정책협약식은 선거법 위반”

시민단체들이 유시민(국민참여당)·심상정(진보신당) 경기도지사 후보와 김상곤 경기교육감 예비후보를 선거법 위반 혐의로 검찰에 고발했다.

 
625남침피해유족회(회장 백한기)·라이트코리아(대표 봉태홍) 등 시민단체 관계자들은 13일 오후 이들 후보에 대한 고발장을 대검찰청에 제출했다.

 
이들은 “유시민, 김진표, 심상정, 김상곤 후보 등이 지난 11일 수원경기도교육청에서 ‘친환경 무상급식 전면 실시’라는 문구가 적힌 종이 피켓을 들고 무상급식 정책협약식을 가진 것은 ‘누구든지 선거일 전 180일부터 선거일까지 선거에 영향을 미치게 하기 위하여 현수막 등 시설물을 설치하거나 표시물을 착용하는 행위 등을 할 수 없다’는 공직선거법 90조 위반”이라고 주장했다.

 
그러면서 “최근 중앙선거관리위원회는 4대강 사업, 무상급식 등에 대한 찬반 표현을 선거쟁점을 다루는 ‘사전 선거운동’으로 규정한 바 있다”고 상기시켰다.

 
이들은 또 인터넷 상에서 “특정정당과 특정 후보를 비방한” 일부 네티즌들을 공직선거법 250조(허위사실 공표죄), 251조(후보자 비방죄), 253조(성명 등의 허위표시죄) 등의 위반 혐의로 고발했다.[사진제공: 6.25남침피해유족회]
