청와대 이산가족상봉이 대북지원 기준 안돼
"현재도 북한 노약계층 구호 지원중" 북한측 요구 일축
국정원장 발언관련 "필요할때 되면 인도적 지원은 할수도"

청와대는 28일 북측이 남북 이산가족 상봉을 빌미로 쌀·비료의 지원을 간접적으로 요구한 것과 관련, "현재 단계에서 북에 대한 대규모의 식량이나 비료지원을 검토하고 있지 않다"고 밝혔다.
청와대 핵심 관계자는 이날 기자들과 만나 원세훈 국가정보원장이 국회 정보위 전체회의에서 "이번에 이산가족 상봉과 같은 인도적 조치가 있었으므로 이에 상응하는 조치를 검토하겠다"고 발언한 것에 대해 "다만 필요하다고 판단될 경우 인도적인 지원을 하겠다는 것"이라고 설명했다.
이 관계자는 "현재도 북한에 영아나 유아, 노약계층에 대한 의약품과 옥수수나 분유 등 구호식품은 지원하고 있다"면서 "이산가족 상봉이 정례화된다면 고려할 요인은 될 수 있지만 (이산가족 상봉 정례화가) 기준이 돼서 (지원이) 가고 안가는 것은 아니다"고 말했다.
