중 핵잠수함 자기들이 설치한 함정에 걸려 사고…선원 55명 사망

중국 해군의 핵추진 잠수함이 미국과 영국 등의 잠수함을 겨냥해 설치한 함정에 걸려서 선원 55명이 사망
했다는 보도가 나왔다.
영국 데일리메일은 중국 군 잠수함 093-417호가 8월 21일 서해에서 사고가 났다는 내용의 영국 정보 보
고서가 유출됐다고 보도했다고 더 타임스가 4일(현지 시간) 전했다.
중국 잠수함은 산둥 지역 근처에서 미국과 동맹국 잠수함을 잡기 위해 자국 군이 설치한 해저 방어 시설인
체인과 앵커 장애물에 부딪혔다.
이 때문에 잠수함이 망가져서 수리하고 수면으로 올리는 데 6시간이 걸렸고, 산소 시스템이 고장 나면서
승무원들이 저산소증으로 숨졌다. 사망자 중엔 선장 등 장교 22명도 있다.
지난달 소셜미디어에 이 잠수함 관련 소문이 돌았지만 중국은 부인했다. 영국 국방부도 이에 관해 논평을
거부했다.
