'한겨레 신문' 기자출신 더불어민주당 김의겸 의원은 지난해 5월 서울~양평 고속도로의 종점을 기존 양
서면에서 강상면으로 바꿔야 한다고 국토교통부에 보고한 민간 업체가 문재인 정부 시절 선정됐다는 지
적에 대해 이렇게 말했다.
"이미 문재인 정부는 물러가는 것이고 확정이 돼 있고 당시 인수위가 맡아서 새로운 정부 준비를 하고
있지 않았느냐. 오히려 인수위와 민간업체가 서로 긴밀하게 협의했을 가능성이 높다. 그리고 특히 그 당
시 인수위에 기획위원장이었던 원희룡 장관 인수위가 (설계를 맡은) 민간업체와 긴밀하게 협의했을 가
능성이 더 크다."
임기 말 힘이 떨어질때로 떨어진 문재인 정부에서 무엇을 할 수 있겠느냐는식의 반론이었다.
그런데 그렇게 힘이 없고 물러나는 문재인 정부는 알박기 인사를 서슴치 않았다.
5년 내내 자기편을 내리꽂은 것으로 모자라 임기 말까지 ‘알박기’를 계속했다.
문재인 전 대통령은 임기 종료 두 달 전에도 소위 알박기 인사를 했다.
2015~2017년 4·16세월호참사특별조사위원회에서 상임위원을 지냈던 박종운 변호사는 지난 2022년 3
월 18일 대한법률구조공단 상임이사가 됐다. 문재인 정부의 박범계 당시 법무부 장관이 최종 임명권자
였다. 박종운 상임이사 연봉은 약 1억4700만원이다. 민노총 산하 전국건설산업노동조합연맹 부위원장
이상원씨는
지난해 3월 15일 건설근로자공제회 비상임이사에 임명됐다. 전임자가 2022년 말까지였던 임기를 채우
지 않고 사임하면서, 그 자리를 대신했고 남은 임기는 2022년 12월 24일까지였다.
