상황윤리는 항상 논란을 야기한다.
  
  비행기가 무인도 또는 깊은 산맥에
  추락하거나 비상착륙했을 때
  동료의 인육을 먹고 생존한 사람들...
  
  아주 대표적인 상황윤리 예시다.
  
  따라서 원래 상황윤리란
  불가피한 상황에서
  인간과 인간의 생명권 충돌
  또는 갈등을 해결하거나
  불법을 묵인, 용인해 주기 위한
  윤리적 딜레마에 관한 논리다.
  
  그런데 이 '사이비 인권 정권'은
  동물의 권리까지 보장한다며
  2명의 형제는 살리고
  18명은 떼죽음을 시켰으니...
  
  얘기인즉슨 서울대공원에
  뱀의 서식공간이 부족하다는 이유로
  
  무려 35년 만에 번식에 성공한
  국제보호종인 그물무늬왕뱀이
  알 20개를 부화시키기 시작하자
  
  가장 건강한 놈 두 놈만 살리고,
  이미 태어났으나 비실거리는 놈들,
  출생과정에 있는 놈들,
  또는 아직 알 속에서
  그 아늑함을 즐기며
  꼬무작거리는 놈 등
  18마리는 다 죽여버렸단다.
  
  이건 동물권을 보장한 것일까?
  
  최선의 선택이었을까?
  비정한 선택이었을까?
  
  동물의 생명권을 박탈한 범죄일까?
  
  자칭 인권변호사가 이끄는
  사이비정권, 사기정권, 똘아이정권이
  동물권을 보호한답시고 한 짓, 답네.
  
  여기서 잠깐!
  
  길이 7m가 넘는 뱀 18마리와
  그 부모뱀에 살아남은 형제뱀까지
  20마리가 원한을 품으면???
