속보 방송법 153명 참석 찬성 150명 ‘통과’
방송법이 22일 국회 본회의를 통과했다. 재적 153인 중 150명 찬성, 기권 3표로 통과됐다.
방송법 처리 과정에서 첫 투표에서 재석 의원 145명으로 의결 정족수가 부족하자 재투표 과정을 거친 끝에 최종 통과 됐다.
민주당은 대리투표와 정족수 부족을 이유로 원천무효라고 주장하고 있다.
