 “국회의장 미디어법 직권상정 약속 지킬 것”
 안상수 원내대표, 직권상정 강하게 압박

안상수 한나라당 원내대표는 6일 미디어법, 비정규직법 등 쟁점 법안의 직권상정 가능성에 대해 “미디어법은 국민과 약속한 것이기 때문에 국회의장도 약속을 지키지 않을까 생각한다”며, 압박을 가했다. 

  
안 원내대표는 이날 KBS라디오에 출연해 “비정규직법에 관해서는 의장의 뜻이 어디 있는지 잘 모르겠다”며 비정규직 사태 해결을 위한 민주당과의 협상 전망에 대해서는 “약간 냉각기가 필요하다”고 말했다. 

  
이어서 “민주당이 각성하지 않으면 협상이 힘들 것”이라며 “민주당이 동의하면 1년까지 유예기간을 단축토록 노력하겠다고 제의했는데, 그대로 시행하자는 입장에서 물러서지 않아 결렬됐다”고 비난했다. 

  
‘직권상정을 위한 명분쌓기’라는 야당의 비난에 대해서는 “직권상정은 국회의장의 권한으로 우리는 아무 권한이 없다”며 “명분쌓기는 말도 안된다”고 일축했다. 

  
특히 민주당이 미디어법 협상을 위한 ‘4자회담’에 이어 ‘6자회담’까지 수용한 것에 대해서는 “하려면 벌써 했어야 하는 데 9월로 끌고 가자는 지연전술”이라며 “그런 목적의 회담에는 응하지 않을 것”이라고 답했다.
