중국북한産 석탄·철·수산물 수입 중단
중국 정부가 15일부터 북한산 석탄과 철, 수산물 수입을 전면 중단한다.

[서원일 기자=푸른한국닷컴] 14일 중국 상무부는 유엔 안전보장이사회의 추가 대북제재 이행 차원에서 이 같은 내용을 포함한 북한산 물품에 대한 수입금지 조치를 취할 계획이라고 14일 밝혔다.
이와 관련 중국 상무부는 이날 해관총서(세관) 공고를 통해 북한산 석탄과 철, 철광석, 납, 납광석, 해산물의 수입 금지 명령이 15일부터 발효된다고 공식 발표했다.
유엔 안보리는 지난 5일(현지시간) 만장일치로 대북제재 결의안 제2371호에서 북한의 외화수입원 차단을 위해 석탄과 철·철광석 등 주요 광물 및 수산물 수출, 그리고 해외 근로자 신규 파견을 금지토록 했었다.
중국 상무부는 대상 품목이 이미 중국 항구에 도착했다면 반입을 허용하되 9월5일 자정부터는 이마저도 금지할 계획이라고 공지했다.
그러나 중국 상무부는 북한 나진항을 거쳐 들여온 석탄이더라도 ‘원산지가 북한이 아님’을 증명할 수 있다면 금지 대상에 제외된다고 공지했다.
