무역위원회활엽수 합판 덤핑방지관세 부과키로

한국디지털뉴스 이정근 기자 = 무역위원회(위원장 신희택)는 ‘17일 제363차 회의를 개최하고, (사)합국합
판보드협회가 요청한 말레이시아산 및 중국산 활엽수 합판의 덤핑방지관세부과 재심사 건에 대하여 향후
3년간 말레이시아산 3.96~38.10%, 중국산 4.57~27.21%의 덤핑방지관세를 연장하여 부과해 줄 것을 기
획재정부장관에게 건의하기로 했다.
말레이시아산은 ‘2011년 2월부터, 중국산은 ‘13.10월부터 덤핑방지관세를 부과중이다.
무역위원회는 국내외 이해관계인에 대한 현지실사, 공청회 등 조사를 실시한 결과, 이들 국가의 생산 및
수출 확대 여력, 덤핑률 등을 감안할 때 덤핑방지관세의 부과가 종료되면 덤핑 및 국내산업 피해의 지속
또는 재발될 가능성이 있다고 판단하여 덤핑방지관세를 연장 부과하기로 최종 판정했다
2015년 합판(활엽수) 국내시장 점유율(물량 기준) : 국내산 33%, 말련산 13%, 중국산 17%, 인도네시아
산 16%, 기타 21% 이다.
무역위원회가 최종판정결과를 기획재정부장관에게 통보하면 기획재정부장관은 조사 개시일(2016년 5월
10일)로부터 12개월 이내에 덤핑방지관세 부과의 연장을 최종 결정하게 했다.
