오뚜기 자회사 오뚜기삼화식품 흡수합병

브레이크뉴스 이한별 기자= 오뚜기는 100% 자회사인 오뚜기삼화식품을 흡수합병한다고 13일 공시했다.
존속회사는 오뚜기, 소멸회사는 오뚜기삼화식품이며 합병비율은 1: 0이다. 회사 측은 합병 목적에 대해 경영 효율성 증대와 경쟁력 강화를 위한 결정이라고 설명했다.
합병 반대의사 통지 접수기간은 오는 29일부터 내년 1월 12일까지다. 채권자이의 제출기간은 내년 1월 14일부터 2월 15일까지 한달간이다.
