리우올림픽한국 축구 남자 대표팀 조 1위 8강 진출 확정

리우올림픽 남자 축구 대표팀이 ‘디펜딩 챔피언’ 멕시코를 꺾고 조 1위 8강 진출에 성공했다.
한국은 11일 오전(이하 한국시간) 브라질 브라질리아 마네 가힌샤 주경기장에서 열린 남자 축구 C조 3차전 멕시코와의 경기에서 후반 32분 권창훈의 결승골을 앞세워 1대0으로 이겼다.
이로써 한국은 조별예선에서 2승1무(승점 7점)를 기록해 C조 1위로 8강 진출을 확정지었다. 올림픽 축구에서 조 1위로 8강에 진출한 것은 이번이 처음이다.
한국은 오는 14일 오전 4시 D조 2위 온두라스와 4강 진출을 두고 격돌할 예정이다.
리우올림픽 남자 축구 대표팀이 멕시코와의 예선 마지막 경기에서 1대0으로 승리하고 C조 1위로 8강 진출을 확정지었다.
