 日 아베 총리 집단자위권 법안 전쟁을 막기 위한 것 주장
 아베 신조(安倍晋三) 일본 총리가 19일 참의원 본회의에서 집단자위권 법안이 통과된 후 전쟁을 방지하는 데 필요한 입법이라고 주장했다.

아베 총리는 이날 법안 가결 직후 총리관저에서 열린 기자회견에서 “시민과 그들의 평화로운 삶을 보호하고 전쟁을 방지하는 데 필요한 입법”이라며 “우리 자녀와 후손, 그들의 평화를 위한 법적 기반을 마련해낸 것”이라고 밝혔다.

이어 아베 총리는 “앞으로도 적극적인 평화 외교를 추진하며 그리고 만에 하나를 대비해 만전을 기하고 싶다”고 말했다.

아베 총리는 우익 성향 차세대당 등 군소 야당 세 곳이 찬성표를 던진 것과 관련해 “여당뿐만 아니라 야당 3당의 찬성을 얻어 보다 폭넓은 여러분의 지지를 토대로 법안을 성립시킬 수 있었다”며 “앞으로도 국민에게 성실하고 끈기있게 설명해갈 생각”이라고 말했다.

이날 민주당·공산당·사민당 등 주요 야당 다섯 곳은 “위헌이 명백하고 국민 다수가 반대하는데, 아베 정권이 머릿수에 기대 무리하게 밀어붙이는 건 입헌주의를 유린하고 국민주권을 부정하는 것”이라며 아베 정권을 비난했다. 아베 총리는 관저에서 대기, 가결 순간에는 본회의장에 없었다.
