北 3월9일 제 13기 최고인민회의 대의원 선거 실시
장성택세력 물갈이 전망.. 김정은 선출될지 주목

공유: 소셜댓글 : 0 북한이 오는 3월 9일 제13기 최고인민회의 대의원 선거를 실시한다고 8일 밝혔다.
조선중앙통신은 이날 “사회주의헌법 제90조에 따라 최고인민회의 제 13기 대의원 선거를 3월 9일에 실시키로 하는 최고인민회의 상임위원회 결정이 7일 발표됐다”고 보도했다.
우리의 국회의원 선거 격인 이번 최고인민회의 대의원 선거는 김정은 집권 이후 처음으로 치러지는 것으로, 이번에 선출되는 대의원이 김정은 체제에서 핵심 역할을 할 것으로 보인다.
최고인민회의의 대의원 임기는 5년으로 이번 선거는 법이 정한 임기를 마친 대의원을 교체하는 것이지만, 북한 고위인사들은 대부분 최고인민회의 대의원을 겸하고 있어 장성택 숙청 이후 물갈이 작업의 성격도 띨 것이란 분석이다.
또한 김정은은 자신의 이름으로 최고인민회의 대의원에 선출된 적이 없어 이번 선거에서 처음으로 대의원이 될지도 주목된다. 북한은 지난 2009년 3월8일 제 12기 대의원 선거에서 687명을 선발했으며, 김정일은 제12기 대의원으로 선출된 바 있다.(konas)
