북한 경비정 러시아 어선 총격 바다에서 ‘총질’육지에선 ‘폭언’

북한 경비정이 21일(현지시간) 동해에서 러시아 어선에 총격을 가했다.
[서원일 기자=푸른한국닷컴]러시아 리아노보스티 통신은 이날 북한 경비정이 21일 새벽 동해에서 한국으로 향하던 게잡이 어선 러시아 어선에 총격을 가했다고 보도했다.
통신에 따르면, 북한 해안 경비대 소속 경비정은 몇 차례 총격 후 알타이 호로 접근북한 군복 차림의 무장한 병사들이 어선에 무단승선 후 화물을 검사하고, 10분간 선장을 검문하고 떠났다.
알타이호 소유주인 러시아 수산회사 측은 이번 사건에 대해 "아무런 사전 경고가 없었다"면서 "명백한 국제법 위반"이라고 주장했다.
북한은 이 사건과 관련해 공식 입장을 밝히지 않고 있다.
한편, 북한은 같은 날 조국평화통일위원회(조평통) 대변인의 성명을 통해 "이산가족 상봉 행사를 연기"하겠다고 발표하며 한국을 향해 폭언을 서슴치 않았다.
