조달청관수철근 공급가격 52 인하

조달청(청장 민형종)은 19일 관수 철근 공급가격을 현행 대비 평균 5.2% 인하하여 지난5월 7일 납품 분부터 적용한다고 19일 밝혔다.
이번 가격인하 조치는 국내·외 철 스크랩 가격 하락과 국내 건설경기 침체에 따른 수요 부진에 따른 것으로 시중거래 철근 기준가격(고장력 철근 D10㎜, SD400/현장도착도)이 847,000원에서 803,000원으로 5.2%인하되어 이를 관수 철근 계약금액에 반영하여 '13년 5월 7일 납품 분부터 적용한다.
이는 지난해 7월 7일 원자재 급등 시 최고 가격과 비교 시 무려 13.3%가 인하했다.
이번 철근가격 인하 조치로 공공기관은 약 340억원의 예산 절감 효과가 예상되며, 절감액은 수요 기관별로 경기 활성화와 중소기업 지원 및 긴급공사를 위한 추가사업 추진 등에 활용될 것으로 전망된다.
80만톤(계약 잔여물량) - 43,100원(톤당 인하액) ≒ 344억원 이다.
조달청 김병안 구매사업국장은 “앞으로도 원자재 가격과 시중 가격 동향을 면밀히 모니터링 하여 가격변동 요인이 있을 경우, 계약금액을 신속히 조정하여 정부의 재정 건전성을 위해 노력 하겠다”고 말했다.
