 최경환 “서민불편 초래 지하철 감축운행 신중해야”
 대·중소기업간 담보대출 금리 차등 시정해야

[뉴스파인더 박찬권 기자]새누리당 최경환 원내대표는 11일 서울시가 전력난 극복 방안으로 지하철 감축 운행 방침을 밝힌 데 대해 신중하게 할 필요가 있다고 지적했다.

  
최 원내대표는 이날 오전 국회에서 열린 원내대책회의에서 “절전도 매우 중요하지만 지하철은 서민들의 발에 해당되기 때문에 다른 쪽에서 절전 노력을 강화하고 지하철 감축 운행은 최후의 수단이 돼야 한다”며 “서민들의 교통 불편이 초래되지 않도록 지하철 감축 운행은 신중하게 할 필요가 있다”고 말했다.

  
이어 “서민들의 교통 불편을 초래하지 않도록 지하철 감축운행은 신중하게 할 필요가 있다”고 거듭 강조했다.

  
최 원내대표는 또 은행들이 대·중소기업간 담보대출 금리를 차등하는 데 대해 “아무런 법적 근거가 없다”며 시정을 촉구했다.

  
최 원내대표는 “이는 금융권이 중소기업에 대해 갑으로서 일종의 횡포를 부리는 것”이라며 “이런 불합리한 것을 하나하나 시정해 나가는 것이 진정한 갑을 상생”이라고 강조했다. 

  
아울러 최 원내대표는 이날 실시되는 외교·안보·통일 분야 대정부질문과 관련해 “남북당국회담을 앞둔 중요 시점이기 때문에 신중하고 국익에 도움이 되는 방향으로 실질적인 대정부질문이 이뤄질 수 있도록 최선을 다해 달라”고 당부했다.
