지난해 FTA 체결국과 무역흑자 511억弗

[뉴스파인더 홍범호 기자] 우리나라가 자유무역협정(FTA) 체결국가들과의 교역에서 거둔 지난해 무역수지 흑자가 511억 달러에 달했다.
2일 관세청이 집계한 '2012년 FTA 체결국별 교역현황'을 보면 지난해 우리나라가 미국, EU, 아세안(동남아국가연합) 등 8개 권역으로 수출한 규모는 2천274억달러, 수입액은 1천763억달러였다.
무역수지 흑자는 511억달러로 2011년(374억달러)보다 137억달러(36.6%) 급증했다. 특히 지난해 우리나라의 전체 흑자액(285억달러)보다도 226억달러나 많았다.
관세청은 "글로벌 경기침체에도 작년 3월 한·미 FTA 발효에 따른 교역확대와 아세안, 싱가포르 등으로의 수출이 10.4%, 9.9%나 늘어 FTA 체결국과의 무역 흑자가 크게 늘었다"라고 설명했다.
