“발렌타인데이가 코앞인데…”초콜릿업체 24곳 식품위생법 위반

일부 초콜릿·캔디류 제조업체가 유통기한이 경과한 원료를 사용하는 등 식품위생법을 위반해 적발됐다.
식품의약품안전청은 오늘(8일) 설 연휴 기간 밸런타인데이 등 특정기념일 선물로 수요가 늘어나는 초콜릿·캔디류 제조업체 124곳을 점검한 결과 식품위생법을 위반한 24곳을 적발해 관할 지방자치단체에 행정처분을 요청했다고 밝혔다.
주요 적발내용은 ▲유통기한 경과제품사용 4곳 ▲생산․작업기록․원료수불부 미작성 5곳 ▲위생적 취급기준위반 11곳 ▲기타식품위생법위반 4곳 등이다.
유통기한을 경과한 원료를 사용해 적발된 성미제과의 ‘종합제리’
특히 유통기한을 경과한 원료를 사용한 성미제과의 ‘종합제리’와 한영식품의 ‘미역제리’와 유통기한을 임의로 연장표시한 알비내츄럴식품의 ‘오디크런치초코’, ‘뽕잎크런치초코’는 판매금지돼 회수조치 중이다.
식약청 관계자는 “유통기한을 경과한제품을 사용해 적발된 4곳 중 나머지 1개 업체 생산제품은 유통되지 않고 현장에서 전량폐기조치했다”고 밝혔다.
