 하반기 한국경제 ‘유럽 재정위기’가 관건
 전경련, 경제전문가 대상 설문조사 결과발표

국내 경제전문가들은 하반기 국내경제에서 가장 우려되는 대외요인으로 '유럽 재정위기 확산'을 꼽았다.

  
전국경제인연합회(전경련)는 민간·국책연구소와 학계, 금융기관의 경제전문가 41명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 73%인 30명이 이런 내용의 답변을 했다고 22일 밝혔다.

  
'중국 등 신흥국 성장 둔화'(10%), '고유가 등 원자재 가격 상승'(2%)이 그 뒤를 이었다


대내 경제위협 요인으로는 23명(56%)이 '가계부채'를 꼽았고 '대선, 북한 등 정치 리스크'(27%), '반기업정책과 복지 포퓰리즘'(12%) 등의 순이었다.

  
대통령선거 후보들이 가장 중시해야 할 경제정책 과제로는 36명(88%)이 '투자·일자리 확대'라고 응답했다.

  
전문가들은 우리경제의 성장률을 하반기 3.6%, 연간으로는 3.3%로 각각 전망했다.

  
이는 4월 한국은행과 IMF(국제통화기금), OECD(경제협력개발기구)가 예상한 연간 3.5%보다 낮은 수치다.

  
소비자물가 상승률의 평균 예상치는 하반기 3.0%, 연간 3.1%였고, 하반기 환율은 달러당 1천50∼1천100원(44%)으로 전망됐다.

  
전경련의 한 관계자는 "기업들에 지침이 될 만한 하반기 우리경제의 모습을 미리 알아보기 위해 조사를 실시했다"며 "정부와 기업 모두 우리경제에 미치는 부정적 영향을 최소화하도록 노력해야 할 것"이라고 강조했다.
