송혜교덕에 美미술관서 한국어 안내

한류스타 송혜교(29) 덕에 미국 미술관에서 한국어 안내를 받아 볼 수 있게 됐다.
10일 한국홍보 전문가인 서경덕 성신여대 객원교수는 "미국 뉴욕의 현대미술관(MoMA)에서 2007년부터 시작한 한국어 안내서와 음성서비스를 이달 초부터 새로운 버전으로 공급하기 시작했다"며 "송혜교가 모든 비용을 전액 후원했다"라고 밝혔다.
송혜교의 한국어 안내서는 한층 내용이 풍성해졌다. 미술관의 전반적인 시설부터 갤러리 소개, 카페, 기념품 가게 등의 정보가 상세히 담겼다. 안내서는 미술관 로비와 각층의 자원봉사 안내센터에서 받을 수 있다. 미술관 홈페이지(www.moma.org)에서도 다운로드 받을 수 있다.
송혜교 측 관계자는 "송혜교는 중국, 대만 등 아시아에서도 최고의 활약을 펼치고 있다. 많은 해외활동을 통해 한국어 서비스의 중요성을 인식하던 중에 한국어 안내서 후원을 결정했다."고 전했다.
송혜교는 앞으로 더 많은 세계의 박물관과 미술관에 한국어서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 후원할 예정이다.
한편 송혜교는 최근 '영웅본색', '페이스오프'의 중국 출신 오우삼 감독의 멜로서사극 '생사련'에 캐스팅됐다.
