 속보 김정은 북한 내 외화사용 일체 중지
 북한을 다시 뒤흔들 제2의 화폐개혁이다.

김정일 사망이후 북한지도자로서의 행보를 걷는 김정은의 첫 지시가 북한전역에 하달되었다. 
 
12월 30일 오후 3시, 북한주민들에게 김정은의 지시로 하달된 이른바 김정일의 유훈은 “달러와 중국 인민폐를 비롯한 모든 외화사용을 중지"하는 것이며 "이를 어길 시 죄의 경중에 따라 사형까지 처할 수 있음을 경고했다”고 본 방송 통신원이 전했다.
 
소식을 전한 본 방송 신의주 통신원은 “오전 8시부터 10시까지 신의주 모든 인민반에서 김정은의 지시 관철을 위한 회의가 진행되었다”면서 지금 주민들의 불안이 화폐교환 때를 방불케 한다고 말했다.
 
이러한 소식에 대해 탈북자 A씨는 “김일성이 살아있을 때 ‘나의 흰머리 절반은 그놈의 달러와 외화상점 때문에 생긴 것’이라고 말한바 있으며 김정일도 2006년 시장에서 중국물품을 몰아내고 외화사용을 중단하라는 내적 지시를 내린바 있다”고 말했다.
 
최근 탈북한 또 다른 탈북자 Y씨는 “현재 북한실정을 놓고 볼 때 외화사용 중단은 말도 안 되는 것인데 이를 모를리 없는 김정은이 이러한 지시를 내릴 때에는 새해부터 식량배급을 비롯한 일정부분의 정규공급을 실시하겠다는 의도일 수 있다”고 관망했다.
 
대다수 탈북자들이 이러한 의견에 공감하면서도 막상 출처와 유통배경 등에 대한 “조사”가 가능한 북한임으로 새해부터 국내 가족들에게 송금할 수 없게 되었음을 통탄했다.
